What should I do when I've made a bad construction career move?

If you are working in a bad situation you should change it regardless if you have been there a short or long period. Most construction employers understand one or two bad career decisions where you were met with false promises. Handle the problem job by stating once I realized the decision was a mistake I made every attempt to correct it.
