Just when I thought that this was over- a bad construction employer returns?

If a previous boss or colleague comes to work for the firm where you are currently working and you have had problems with this person in the past, it's important to discuss this with your boss. It could be this new hire is not actually a full time employee and the final terms may not be concluded. If the person has been hired and will be involved with your construction department, you should confront the new hire and see if you can begin with a clean slate working together. Make amends and new commitments to one another. However there is nothing wrong with requesting a transfer to a different department.
