What to do about rude construction recruiters?

There are many construction recruiters and it's important to find one that will work with you. Rude people exist every where and fortunately you don't have to deal with them if you have alternatives. If you want to work with one that has acted rudely, then confront him or her and see if you can improve your relationship. Unfortunately recruiters are typically dealing with hundreds of construction candidates seeking job opportunities and since they work for the construction employer (who pays them) and only fill 12-20 positions a year, they can't possibly keep up with everyone. However there is never an excuse for behaving rudely, and most construction recruiters will appreciate your constructive feedback and improve their behavior.
