In an earlier position, my construction employer helped me move by giving me a bridge loan. Should I ask for this as part of my Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA)?

Bridge loans are no longer a common practice due to legal problems. Occasionally, companies can offer bridge loans under certain circumstances, but it is no longer a practice to include them in the Cost of Living Adjustment package (COLA).
