Job Description: |
Job Scope
Provides leadership direction for the global organizational development function. Develops and implements cutting-edge employee engagement and talent development programs tailored to meet the organization’s strategic and cultural goals. Measures the performance and success of enterprise-wide OD initiatives. This position reports to the Chief Human Capital Officer and partners with senior business and HR/OD leaders to create and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions
Work closely with the Chief Human Capital Officer and other senior executive management to implement solutions that create greater understanding of, and alignment with, the organizational vision and goals.
Build sustainable momentum for employee engagement as a strategic company initiative, highlighting the importance of talent management and development as key drivers of employee engagement and retention.
Lead human capital planning efforts that allow executive management to effectively forecast, assess and manage talent.
Knowledge
OD professional with experience in all functional areas of OD (Talent Management, Change Management, Leadership Development, Adult Learning, etc)
Skillfully promotes ideas, influences, and coaches senior level executives, peers, and colleagues.
History of building relationships, credibility, collaborating and partnering with business leaders and peers.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to effectively navigate and achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
Proven track record of successfully implementing best practices and programs that positively impact change within an organization.
Is a creative, strategic thinker, but also hands-on. Able to effectively translate strategy, goals, and management philosophies into pragmatic and actionable initiatives.
Outstanding leadership skills a must.
Excellent consultative, interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines.
Ideal candidate will have experience in leading the OD function at the enterprise level for a large, multi-national company.
Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including travel to international locations
Education
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in Organizational / Professional Development. MBA preferred.
